At LuxeLuis, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The watch is returned with the original packaging, tags, box, and any included accessories

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Custom or engraved watches

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at luxeluis@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with clear photos and your order details. We will replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
